You keep bringing stuff like that up.

I feel this pressure of being a strong
and independent icon of womanhood...

and not making it look like my whole life
is revolving around some guy.

But, loving someone...
and being loved means so much to me.

I always make fun of it and stuff...

but isn't everything we do in life
a way to be loved a little more?

I was that summer and fall...

Memory is a wonderful thing if you.. don't have to deal with the past.

If you wrote a book about our night,
that's a good title.

And if could be a total different book.
Jesse :
Yeah, there'd be no sex scenes.

Celine :

Now that we've met again...
...we can change our memory of that December 16.

It no longer has that sad ending
of us never seeing each other again.

Jesse :
Right. I mean, I guess a memory's
never finished as long as you're alive.
